1st campaign was $20m -- mix of cash and friendly debt

Saw lulls but couldn't discern pattern. Used analogy of kids cleaning up Legos by dumping into a bin. Big crash, silence, another crash. Eventually you get them all but the pace depends on how the path you take around the room.
Their campaign was 3.5 years and completely board driven. No development staff.

He is the founder of a boutique software consultancy focused on projects in education, healthcare, and finance and holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
